Standard hair orders require 3–5 business days for processing, followed by approximately 5–7 business days for delivery.

Processing and shipping times are separate. Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and shipped.

What days do you ship?

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing on the following business day.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available.

What type of hair does Everyday Hair Co. offer?

Everyday Hair Co. offers premium single-donor human hair in three carefully selected textures:

Signature Straight
Naturally straight with a smooth finish, soft movement, and natural luster. Polished, versatile, and easy to style.

Soft Wave
A naturally relaxed wave with soft movement and body. Wear it in its natural pattern, straighten it, or restyle it when you want to switch things up.

Defined Curly
A naturally defined curly texture with beautiful fullness, dimension, and movement. Wear the curls defined or gently separate them for added volume.

Our bundles are available in lengths 12”–30” and come in natural brown to dark brown shades depending on the donor. Because our hair is single-donor, slight variations in natural color and texture are expected and are part of what makes each bundle unique.

What does single-donor hair mean?

Single-donor hair is human hair collected from one donor and kept as close to its natural state as possible. Because the hair comes from individual donors, slight variations in natural color and texture may occur from bundle to bundle.

Our hair offers the versatility to heat style, color, and customize your look while maintaining its natural beauty with proper care.

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes. Everyday Hair Co. human hair can be professionally colored and lightened.

Our Signature Straight and Soft Wave textures can be lifted up to approximately Level 27, while our Defined Curly texture can be lifted up to approximately Level 30.

Because our hair is single-donor, natural color can vary from bundle to bundle. We always recommend performing a strand test before coloring or lightening. For major color transformations, professional coloring is recommended.

Please keep in mind that coloring and lightening can affect the condition and longevity of human hair.

Can I straighten or curl the hair?

Yes. All three Everyday Hair Co. textures are heat styling friendly.

Always use a heat protectant and avoid unnecessary or excessive heat to help preserve the condition of your hair.

Defined Curly can be straightened, but frequent straightening is not recommended if you want to preserve its natural curl pattern.

How long will the hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, Everyday Hair Co. human hair can last 3+ years.

Longevity depends on how often the hair is worn, installation and removal methods, heat styling, coloring, product use, and overall maintenance.

How many bundles do I need?

Our general recommendation is:

12"–20": 3 bundles

22"–30": 4 bundles

These recommendations are designed to create a full, polished install. If you prefer additional volume or fullness, you can always add another bundle.

What’s the difference between individual bundles and Bundle Deals?

Individual bundles give you the flexibility to purchase exactly what you need.

Our Bundle Deals combine multiple bundles at a better value than purchasing them individually, making it easier to build your install while saving a little along the way.

Which texture should I choose?

Signature Straight: Choose this if you love a naturally straight, polished look with soft movement and plenty of styling versatility.

Soft Wave: Choose this if you want a relaxed natural wave with beautiful movement and body that can also be straightened or restyled.

Defined Curly: Choose this if you love naturally defined curls, beautiful fullness, dimension, and volume.

Can I mix textures or lengths?

You can mix lengths to create the look and layering you want.

When it comes to texture, we recommend keeping your install within the same texture for the most cohesive finished look.

How much does each bundle weigh?

Each Everyday Hair Co. bundle weighs approximately 100 grams / 3.5 oz.

Can I reuse my bundles?

Yes. With proper installation, removal, and care, your Everyday Hair can be reused for multiple installs.

How many times you can reuse it will depend on how the hair has been worn, styled, colored, and maintained.

What type of closures do you offer?

Everyday Hair Co. offers 5×5 HD lace closures designed to create a natural-looking, polished finish while giving you comfortable coverage and styling flexibility.

Our closures are available in Signature Straight, Soft Wave, and Defined Curly and are designed to pair beautifully with their corresponding bundles.

Closure lengths are available from 12"–22" for Signature Straight and Soft Wave, and 12"–20" for Defined Curly.

Is the hairline pre-plucked?

Yes. Our closures come with a lightly pre-plucked hairline for a more natural appearance while still leaving room for additional customization if desired.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted when Everyday Hair Co. has made an error with your order.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item you received.

If we confirm that an error was made on our end, we’ll work with you to make it right.

What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier for additional delivery information.
